General Policies
It is our sincere wish to provide the best in Customer Service. We are predominately a Native American Art Gallery striving to offer the highest quality items that are individually crafted and "one-of-a-kind." When buying a Native piece we provide biography information on the artist if available. For all these reasons, we are not a typical mail-order comapany.

Some of our items are not Native made but fit wonderfully in any southwestern decor. Most of these items are also hand made by southwest artists but a few are manufactured. If it is important to you to know which are Native made please make your request known.

If an item is in stock it will be shipped within one week. We ship UPS so all items can be tracked and insured. However, we can expedite your order once received by UPS 3 DAY Air for an additional service charge of $15. Note that orders placed will not ship out until the following day.

Back orders are unfortunately a fact of life but generally most of our items are in stock. If the item is out of stock we will mail you a letter informing you of the status of your order.

Taxes
We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is in one of the following states:

Please note that we accept American Express,  Discover,  Mastercard,  Visa.

Return Policies
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase just return it within 30 days and we will refund your money. All items returned must include a copy of the original invoice, be insured for full value and in the condition received. Shipping fees are not refundable.
